Sort&Group folders for upload

I am not always good at describing things so please bear with me and try to understand what I'm trying to ask, because I will probably make it sound different than what I mean.

I know when just opening Windows Explorer how to sort & group files and folders, that part is easy. My question however is, when uploading files to the 'net, how do I get the explorer window that opens to sort like the default Explorer window? For instance my pictures folder, I have set it to sort and group by date added, newest first. But when I go to upload pics to photobucket, I click the upload button, the explorere window opens, and the files are listed randomly. There is no sorting or grouping. In 2000, XP and 7 all three, however I sorted the main folder is how the upload folder displayed. I upload pics daily to photobucket, and every time I click upload the window opens, and I have to hunt through the whole folder to find the two or three newest pics that I haen't uploaded yet. The attached pics are "Regular_Snip" how I have main pic folder sorted and grouped, "Upload_Snip" is how the upload window looks, hopefully I made enough sense you can understand what I'm asking

OK, Rich, when you are in windows explorer, changing sort and filter is easy, however when I am online and I click upload to my photobucket site, the explorer window opens as it has the last four or five OS's, however in Windows 7, when that window opened my pictures were still sorted the same way I had the regular explorer, but in 8, when the upload window opens the files are just in a random order, they are not sorting and filtering the way way I want them to. Nine times out of ten I am trying to upload the last two or there pictures added to my pictures folder, in 7 those last few added were the first few on the very top line, in 8, I have to search through every picture in the folder to find those two or three, and they are not anywhere close to being grouped together.

Ztucker, yes I did do that, and it did help in that the folder maintains the sort & group settings instead of me having to redo the settings every time I reboot. But when I click on an upload button on a website the explorer window that opens still has no arrangement of items except random. I know I'm missing some small setting that should be obvious, but I can't find it in the folder window itself, or by going to the control panel and opening folder options. I appreciate the help. At least I don't have to resort after every reboot, that's one good thing.

No, it's likely that the explorer control that the website is using does not have all options, because either the control doesn't have the options at all, or security in the browser restricts what it can show (that view is not actually the Explorer shell, it's either a COM object or javascript object that *looks* like Explorer, but isn't exactly the same). If you don't see the option to sort, it's really not there - you're not missing it.
