    Hello Force01,

    Other than pressing the Windows + R keys, you could use the location path in OPTION TWO of the tutorial below to open the Run dialog with.

    %windir%\explorer.exe shell:::{2559a1f3-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}

    It's not an .exe file, but a reference to use to open the Run dialog.
