Monitor Sleep Problems

I have two monitors set up, and when they go to sleep, one turns back on when I move the mouse, and the other one doesn't. It is an ASUS V2228.

I have played around with all kinds of setting with power management, and nothing seems to work.

It is not a huge problem, all I have to do is turn the monitor off and then on with it's own power button, but it's annoying and I don't know how to fix it! Any direction helps thank you!

Both are hdmi going into the monitor, but one is hdmi to the hdmi slot in the card, and one is hdmi to what looks like the old type of crt type of plug, sorry not sure what it's called.

Okedoke well I switched the hdmi cables, the ones going into the monitors, and now they both wake up after sleep, when I move the mouse. Pretty silly but it fixed it who knows. Perhaps one is not sending the right signal to a certain type of monitor setting no idea.
