Do you mean 3 passes or something else? I just completed one pass in about 30 minutes, with no errors. I did this with only one RAM stick (the one in slot 1).
Am I supposed to test the other RAM stick in slot 3 or 1? And am I supposed to test for 3 passes, or is 1 pass enough?

Should do 3 passes with both sticks. I would do one stick at a time, then run with both.

3 passes to be sure and each module by itself. To check for problems in RAM interfaces, best to check in each one. Forgot to ask, are both of your RAM modules same ?

Yes, both RAM sticks are exactly the same
I suppose I should test the second one in slot 1 as well (and not in slot 3)?

As many combinations your patience will allow for.

I ran memtest for both RAM sticks separately for 3 passes, one stick in slot 1 and after that the other in slot 3.
Both resulted in 0 errors, which means the RAM sticks are fine?

I uploaded the second picture directly instead of saving it to my photos first, but it messed up somehow. The second one was about 3 and a half hour, 3 passes and 0 errors

So, RAM and it's slots and most probably memory controller are fine. Os is new and clean, Disk OK, GPU makes no difference, cables fine, leaves us with MB and PSU than.

Only way to test PSU is to get another equal or better PSU and place it in my system, right? And to test motherboard?

That's about it, it takes pretty serious tester to test PSU, not all the shops are equipped with it.

I'll see if I can borrow one from a friend. It's the only thing I can do now right?
