    GPT- Disk Management problem

    Dear All ,

I have HP-ENVY 23-all-in-one pc equiped with windows 8.1 single language , as shown in pic1 attached . also , as shown in pic 2 attached , you can see how the hard disk factory managed .

I wanna to resize the c partition to " 200GB " and then use the remained unllocated area "approximately 230 GB " to create a new partition since I need another partition rather than c . is it possible to do that ?

Hello Sunset, and welcome to Eight Forums.

Yes, you should be able to shrink your C: drive by 230 GB to create an unallocated 230 GB partition in Disk Management, and then create a new primary partition with the unallocated space.

Manual way is too complicated, 3rd-Party is suitable for me. Top partition tools like Gparted, EaseUS, aomei
