Load "Screen Saver Settings" Dialog at Boot-up/ Login?

Is there any way to load the "Screen Saver Settings" dialog/ control panel at boot-up/ login in a similar fashion to applications?

If not, then would I need to write a software program of some type via OS-specific commands (I presume) for opening this dialog to be executed at boot-up/ login e.g., VB, C, or C++?

    Thanks for your replies! :-)

I was able to configure the dialog to launch at login, but cannot find the instructions on my laptop for disabling said feature.

Thanks Caperjack for the warning! :-)

Not certain but I think that the product code might be (partly?) stored on the motherboard of my OEM notebook.

yes it might be ,but you had a windows key In you post ,that someone could have copied ,and if they used it, and one day when you were reinstalling widows you just might get a message saying that key is in use

Understood, but wouldn't the thief already be unable to install/ activate his windows OS anyway because I'm already using/ registered it?

Again - thanks for the warning! I didn't recognize it as being a product code until you pointed it out. Oops!

your welcome ,almost sure all they would have to do is call MS to activate and say they changed the motherboard ,and they would have to answer 1 question is this only going to run on 1 PC ,answer yes ,,
