I run them in a batch file like this---

    Code:
    sfc /scannow
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    sfc /scannow
    pause
Ahh, so did SFC first there. What's pause for ? I only use it if issue rises up.Where is this OP.

I run sfc twice to be redundant.

The pause at the end of the batch file prevents the window from disappearing when the 3 scans are complete.

Here is a copy of my batch file---

    dism.bat

Right click it & click Properties & Unblock it & then right click it & choose Run as administrator for it to work, if you decide you want to try it.

It looks similar to the picture when done---

What OP are you referring to ?

    By command prompt I mean---

With the batch file you right click it & choose Run as administrator---

By disappear, I mean that if the batch file did not have the word "pause" at the end of it, the results window would simply vanish before you had a chance to read it.

If i do a SFC and then a DISM at the same Command Prompt as admin it does not disappear though, but maybe i need to see what more you see, that you are trying to tell me then. When i right click command prompt in Start Menu i do not get same results as you at bottom of Start Menu, using a different version of something, seems like not Win8.1.1 ? I right click it have open white box with Run as Admin there. Crowded desktop, nice Lara Croft !!

The results window will only disappear with the batch file being used.

The ordinary Administrator CMD Prompt will stay put when finished.
