Windows 8.1 Power Issues

So, after successfully getting my PC back up and running, it is still having power issues. Just now, it didn't want to power off. Help would be appreciated.

You've started a new thread but failed to mention the specific problem you are having or at the least post a link to the other thread so we know more about what is not working right. What are you seeing when you try to 'power off'?

I did a factory restore and refresh, because it kept powering down in restart mode, and then one day it rebooted itself. I will not do a refresh again or restore again.

No. I removed Avast as I felt it wasn't doing its job. Reinstalled Panda.
