Disk as Windows Explorer's starting location

    I have a system with 2 SSD:s
    On disk1 (C:) I have installed Windows8.1 Pro.
On disk2 (D:) all my data is stored.
When I launch Windows Explorer I want to open a specific folder in D:\my_folder
How can that be done ?

    Hello zkab,

If you mean for the Explorer icon on the taskbar, then you could unpin the current one from the taskbar, and create a new shortcut to the folder to pin to taskbar instead.

Taskbar - Pin or Unpin a Folder - Windows 7 Help Forums

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
