All Windows 8 Features Not Working

Hello,

Just recently, all of my Windows 8 programs are not working, it won't run. Programs such as in the picture below are not working, music, Skype, Camera, Mail, People, Messaging, Calendar, Finance, Weather, Maps, OneDrive, etc. Usually when I hit function key and camera key, the Camera will show up but now it won't show.

Also, there is this pop up message when I try to open music with Windows 8 Music player, as shown on the picture.

It says, invalid value for registry. But I can still open musics and videos with iTunes and VLC though. Just the Music player and Video player built-in on Windows 8 is not working.

Since this has just recently happened, you might see if doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this happened may be able to quickly undo and fix it for you.

Actually, I just upgraded to Windows 8.1 though I don't want it but my laptop auto-restart last time and needs to be upgraded to 8.1.

Now all of my apps can't run, it minimizes itself, Skype, Music, Camera, everything! It can be run but it minimizes itself and can't be run back when I click it back. Please help me solve this. System Restore is empty ever since that upgrade to 8.1.

Windows Store also can't be run but I solve it by using the wsreset.exe on Run but can't download any apps at all, it gives errors.

This has never happen before :|

Thanks for the link. No. 16 fix most of the problems for me, my Store is working again. But my Photos and Camera still behave the same, it minimizes automatically and cant be open back. Cant seem to find any solution, tips?

In that case, you may need to refresh Windows.

I think refreshing Windows is out of the question. I almost did it but reading the instructions, I think it's the same as formatting my laptop because the list of applications that I need to reinstalled is way too many, I think all are on the list

I also notice my Bluetooth is not working, sigh. I tried to transfer image, song to my phone but the bluetooth file transfer pops up and then closes automatically and failed to transfer.

Why Microsoft forces me to update to Windows 8.1, I never want it, it automatically install itself, it's unavoidable. Now I'm experiencing too many problems...
