Solved Laptop Crashes When Selecting Large File

My laptop crashes when left/right clicking any large movie file over 10gb. I don't experience any BSOD - just a frozen screen. I'm forced to power off each time.

Things I've tried:

Defragmentation
CC Reg Cleaner + General Cleanup
Malwarebytes Scan
Scannow

Ok I ran scannow again and got this message.

Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS log windir\logs\cbs\cbs.log

I've attached all the files within the CBS folder View attachment 54068

Can anyone help?

You guys are ridiculous. I went to another forum and got the solution within 5 minutes.

From the elevated command prompt, type or copy paste exactly as shown

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

then run: sfc /scannow

This does not work, try sfc in safe mode. Also look here http://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-resource-protection-found-corrupt-files

Also suggest chkdsk, from the elevated command prompt, type or copy paste chkdsk c: /f /r
Then run same commands again above if needed.
