Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way to store some sensitive documents (pdfs, docxs, etc) in a password protected and encrypted folder or container (such as .iso or .vhd) that allows for adding or editing the contained files without having to create a new password protected container? I want to keep important documents in my OneDrive so that they don't get lost, but I want to have some form of additional level of security on them.
I have Windows 8.1 non-pro so bitlocker and GPE is not an option, and I'd like to avoid using a third party solution because I'm concerned about not being able to unlock my files if the application is no longer available or incompatible or something. Macs *spit* have a native means of creating encrypted disk images which can then be mounted and used like a normal volume, but for Windows the closest equivalent is a Pro or Enterprise edition exclusive
thanks.
