Windows 8.1 start menu problem

Hello guyz,
I'm new here i have start menu problem as shown in picture below:

I Can't access my facebook app twitter app tried everything but I can't find my apps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Use the Store apps troubleshooter:

In the elevated command prompt (Admin) type
sfc /scannow

Thank's for replying caperjack,I'll try to search facebook still doesn't I think i have to reinstall my windows.

If all else fails you could try opening a 'Run' dialog, winkey: + R), and type 'shell:appsfolder', (without the quotes), and Enter.
