Solved problem to search

hi everybody
i so problem with search windows 8.1

when i search a file ,The file is not visible.
please check this picture :

What I see in your image are 2 issues, one is the Date is not displayed correctly [could be a Font issue] and the other is that it is not possible to have 2 or more files of the exact same name in the same Folder, each copy has to have at least one character difference. My assumption is the Folder and/or files are corrupted.

thanks for answer my question but folder and files are correct.even i search any type still this problem.

when i search type:apk ,File appears to be right.
my configure search is correct but one or two week ago ,that's problem happen for me !
