Hi, I have tried Pydio and ownCloud and neither seem to be able to reliably do what I need.
I want to keep two PCs synched. They both have identical data folder structures with 5-small files, about 2MB total. I can wait a few minutes between them synching, so the transfers do not have to be instantaneous. But, they have to work. I am having the same problems a guy on the ownCloud forum is having with collisions with the file updates and synching. I keep getting corrupted files as the syncs overlap.
Can anyone suggest some software better than the above two? I have been reading in their respective forums and troubles abound for both. I do not want to use OneDrive Google etc as I don't like having to be logged in all the time. I have a friend's business website that I can use to install the cloud software on.
I have tried spideroak, but often it just hangs with "finalizing" showing for hours and never completes the syncs.
Thanks
