Whenever i click on an app it says class not registered i have tried everything system restore dosent work and i cant run cmd as administrator to change anything apparently both of them have the same problem (class not registered) i even tried download .reg files that didnt work....
[FONT=Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, san-serif]ive recently done something and im afraid that might be whats causing the problmes i have a 256gb ssd drive and it was split into 2 local disks C and F .... i downloaded a program called AOMEI and merged them..... of course i formatted Local Disk F before merging, but still could that be whats causing the problem. Please help this problem has been going on for a LONG time and its really annoying me i live in Libya and we are currently at war thats why i didnt take it to any I.T expert...
and i tried starting in safe mode that also didnt work
