If you have graphics driver installed you can try to figure out it from your keyboard. (It may - hold "Fn" key and press repeatedly "F4" or "F5" or Up/Down Arrow key). You will find the key in your keyboard with brightness sign. Or give the model no your Laptop.

It means you were trying to set up a second screen.
In your original post the Unavailable you circled with a question was a function that Microsoft had intended to use but never did.

Have you updated your video drivers?

Don't do that, you may break the wall.

What was the hardware problem that prompted you to restore the computer?
Have you updated to Win 8.1 yet and what is the make and model of your graphics adapter?

You have graphics driver problem. Dell 5537 may use Intel HD Graphics 4400/AMD Radeon HD 8850M/8870M Drivers. If presently you are using Intel HD Graphics 4400, 1st uninstall it and restart. Then try AMD Radeon HD 8850M and restart. You can also try this thread. Oh yes, don't throw it on the wall.
