This showed up when my wife cleaned my keyboard
Anyone know how to get rid of the two floating boxes they overlay everything but don't show up on a screen shot or snippet using the snipping tool.
I take it rebooting didn`t fix it ?

Reboot doesn't take them away or refreshing the desktop.
Then try a system restore to a date before it started.
Remember to save, backup any recent data.

Was the computer on when she cleaned the keyboard?
If you have a desktop can you try another keyboard and/or try your keyboard on another computer?
Your keyboard may be damaged as a result of the cleaning.
Do you have a restore point you can revert back to?
If you have a laptop or built-in keyboard the problem may be more difficult.
