Hi there,

Since recently upgrading to Windows 8.1 for free via the Windows Store, my computer has not got "blue screen" but has frozen a couple of times which has forced me to turn off my computer either at the wall or by holding the power button down. This has happened about 3 times now since the start of the week, but today I noticed that I couldn't at first access my PC Settings or the Windows Store. Thanks to tutorials on Eight Forums I've managed to regain access to my PC Settings and the Windows Store. Unfortunately I soon came to realise that none of my Windows Apps were working (Mail, Weather, Photos) so I decided to uninstall them and then try to re-install them. As I attempted to re-install my Apps via the Windows Store I kept getting the error message "0x80070002" - I've tried Google searching fixes for this, I even visited the official Microsoft Support page and downloaded the "WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab" to see if it would fix the problem. While it did fix some problems, it did NOT fix the "0x80070002" error and I am still unable to install anything from the Windows Store.

(I have also tried clearing the Windows Store cache as well as disabling my Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 7 AV protection, the error still persists)

Any help will be much appreciated, thank you in advance.
