Windows 8 problems!

Hello everyone! Saad here and today I was installing windows 8.1 but it got stuck in the middle of installation so I restarted my pc then it said "restoring previous windows" after it was complete I got to a temp user. I tried to go to the Regedit>LocalHkey>Software>Microsoft>windows nt>profile list, so I had two files, one with .bak and one without .bak, I removed .bak and added it to another. After that I restarted my pc and now all I'm getting is user profile loading fail.. Please help me, I can't get to safemode on windows 8 on login screen! I really need help.. How do you get into safemode for windows 8 login screen?
