Amazon and AliExpress ads in almost every website

Please help me, I'm clueless and desperate.

My systems are always squeaky clean. Never had virus, spyware, trojans, etc. Not a single one.

But two days ago, I noticed a constant ad, in almost every website. It's always the same one (screenshot attached).
It happens in both Chrome and IE.

I've scanned my system with Norton Antivirus, Malwarebytes, checked the registry, my installed software, and every single folder. There's nothing funky.

Out of desperation, I did a clean Windows install. Not upgrade, but complete reinstall... And the ad is still there!!!

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    How do I disable them?
I forgot to say I have no extensions in Chrome or IE.

Sounds like a Browser hi-jack. Majorgeeks.com Malware forum has some good info on how to clean and check for possible hi-jacks for the browser.

Thank you. Tried that without success. My system seems to be completely clean.

I did a super clean install of Windows 7, even with the command "Diskpart > Clean all" and when I open IE for the first time, without installing anything, the ads are there!!!

I'm starting to think the issue is with my router or ISP and not my system. Tried "ipconfig /flush dns", but didn't work.

I'm really out of ideas with this.

Definitely sounds like you got a hold of something nasty.

Are you running any antispyware of antivirus?

Super AnitSpyware is one the best IMO. I would suggest downloading and running that. It's free for personal use.

AVG AntiVirus Free 2015 is a great antivirus application.

Have you looked in MSCONFIG for anything running that looks suspicious?

I've never heard of a router doing something like this. Who is your ISP? Did they give you software to install?
Did you install it? You should not need any software to use any ISP even if they tell you so.

Where did you get your "super clean" copy of Windows 7? Digital River download? If so did you get it directly from
the Digital River website? Or from an official CD?

Seems like my hunch was right. I think I solved the issue.
Basically, I disabled "Remote Management" on my router, and looks like the ads are gone.
I'll do more tests and report back.

For future reference, this post helped me a lot: Sean Zhu | Spam randomly opens in browsers ? infected router ? hijacked DNS ? SOLVED!
My sincere thanks to the author.
