Upgrade to Windows 8.1 Pro

I am running Windows 8.1 Single Language and want to upgrade to Windows 8.1 Pro, not sure how to do this and how much this going to Cost?

All Help regarding this is welcome, and does location matters in this? As I am located in India.

Buying a Pro Pack is one way to do it. You just enter the key via Add Features and all the pro features are unlocked/installed. No media needed only the product key.

Will I be requiring to download Features from Internet after adding product key?

No, it will unlock features you already have.

Cheaper just to buy the Pro key ( about $60 ), rather than the upgrade key.

MS website shows....$99.99.

What does Pro give you over the base 8.1 ?

Get an OEM licence, they usually are cheap and almost every online shop that sells pc software and hardware offers them.
