Issues with new laptop.

So I got this hp pavilion today which is brand new and came with windows8. And I keep getting a BSOD everytime at the same time and that's right after I choose my Wifi.
this is error system thread exception not handled AODdriver2.sys

I cant download anything seeing as I can't even install Windows. A quick response would be much appreciated.

Return it and make wherever you bought it from fix or replace it.

No new computer should have a BSOD problem.

Yh I went to them and Iam going to get a new one tomorrow.

Excellent. I know how disappointing it is when something like this happens but it's the right thing to do. No new computer should have a problem of any kind, period.

Thx man. But what would've caused that kind error ? was the windows installation faulty or could it be the hardware ?

No way to tell but I would suspect the software first.
