Please help for can't shut down and no sound and hanged

Hello everyone,

I started to have this problem since 2 months ago.

Everyday the first time I turn on my desktop computor, after 30mins to 1hr several problems will occur.

1. Can't shut down computor. ( press shut down or restart button also no responce)

2. Able to press ctrl+alt+del, but no responce when press task manager.

3. sound system down. Started no sound for whole system. ( press Right bottom corner sound control panel also no responce)

4. Many programs start to no responce and hanged.

I kept my windows 8 to do those updates regularly I wonder if the problem is caused by those updates I did 2 to 3

months ago so I searched the net and uninstalled update KB2962407 but still no use. The source link is below.

I really can't find any other solution but to seek help here.

Here's a update of the situation.

Last night I did a sfc scan test can it found some corruptions can'r be fixed.

So I used the dism restorehealth to fix it. It was successful.

However, This morning when I switch on again, the problems still here.

When I press win+x trying to access the command prompt, I click on the command prompt but no response.

Please can anyone help and give me some guide...

I have been facing this situation for 2 months.

Also one more thing I found out inside the task manager,

wermgr.exe (windows reporting system) is running when the problems occur.

Is it a kind of virus ?
