But I have another problem I forgot to mention

Whenever I opened bluetooth settings, it will at first show the image of a gear. A few seconds later it's back to ny desktop. Anything to do with the sfcdetail I attached?

The sfc report looked good.

Some tiles just quit working.
Getting them fixed is problematic. :(

swipe in from right when on start screen, select options, and turn off 'show more apps on start screen'. if there are apps missing, you can reload them from the windows store, they will be listed under your apps, as you own them. You do know that you can arrange the app tiles and resize them from small to medium to large, and make them active, or unactive. It looks likeyou're not logged in to your microsoft account, that will prevent you from accessing the windows store, or can cause the app license problems you're having.....
