Windows 8.1, turn off automatic picture screensaver

Hi, I notice that when I'm away from my computer, the screen starts cycling images from my pictures folder. I then click on it and see the admin account automatically logging in.

Is there a way to turn this behavior off so the desktop screen never goes away?

Right click on the Desktop, select Personalize.
Click on Screen Saver at lower right.
Set to None.

Yes I should've noted that was the first place I looked. Unfortunately that setting is already set to none. So this seems to be some other setting. It's not a screen saver because when I click on it, the admin screen begins to log to me in automatically.

Nothing I've ever heard of. Perhaps you have installed some other program that is causing this?
