I have noticed that when I perform complex tasks which increase cpu usage to 50-60%, in task manager under processor speed, sometimes it constantly switches between 1.6 and 3.2 ghz. I know for a fact that there is something wrong with the processor (e.g. vt-x doesn't work,...), but that never happened before on win7, and processor was the same with the same issues, so what is causing it? Is it the Windows glitch, or processor damage or what?
Also, when I run Powerpoint presentations with a lot of macros and that are greater than 50 mb, it brings up the processor to 50% and every now and then Powerpoint is not responding. That also never happened on Win7, so is it connected to previous subject?
Tnx, Mirac7
