Hi,
I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro C50 - A - 137 with Windows 8, and when pressing the power button the laptop doesn't power up. I'm now left to my old Dell, whilst I resolve this.
This is the first time I have had any bother with this laptop, after a year's purchase; there haven't been any viruses, etc.
I went to bed last night and noticed there was an orange light on the front edge of the laptop lit up despite turning off the power at the mains, but didn't think anything of it. Other than this, I can't think of any reason why it won't start.
Any suggestions?
