    Windows 8.1 Moving files confirmation/administrator

Hello, i just upgraded to windows 8.1 and whenever i try to move a file anywhere on the PC, im prompted with a "Youll need to provide administrator permission to move this file"

Im the only user on the computer and i would like to know if there is any way i can disable this "feature".

Its more of an annoyance whenever im trying to move files around.

Moving User Profile Files in Installation & Setup
I just did a clean install of Windows 8 on a 256GB SSD. How do I move my User Profile Files (My Documents, etc.) to another drive?
So, in previous Windows e.g XP or 7, when I press DELETE on my keyboard it asks for confirmation. Now Windows 8 is too smart and delete it at once. How do I force Windows 8 to ask for my permission first before deleting?
Moving files and programs OFF of my SSD. in Performance & Maintenance

I would like to be able to do that as well as move any other optional "space eaters". Anyone able to point me to a Windows 8 specific write-up or simply...
