How to set open/save dialogue to display details by defaul

After having successfully convinced windows 8.1 to display file details by default in Explorer windows, I would like to do the same for open/save dialogues. However, I am stumped. Attached is a screenshot of such a dialogue on my system.

    Can anybody help me? thx

Thanks, I knew that, but unfortunately, that is not what I am looking for. My question is titled "How to set open/save dialogue to display details by default". I don't want to have to click on the dropdown menu every time I want to open/save a file. Is there a way to set this like in normal explorer (as explained here: Folder View want to make it all folders show details)?
