Solved Computer freezing/crashing and I have no idea why

After doing a malwarebytes anti malware test, my computer freezes/crashes every now and then. I'm not sure if its just coincidence but I'm a bit worried.

When the freeze starts nothing is clickable except windows explorer, then when i click on it that freezes as well. If I have a youtube video playing the sound will continue but not the video and sometimes the sound will stop.

Also when it freezes and I press ctrl+alt+delete nothing happens. And sometime after clicking things and it not responding the stuff I clicked will open when the freeze stops.

It it someting to do with my CPU, RAM or hard drive?

I have two hard drives btw. A ssd which has my OS and some games and programs on. And an old 1Tb normal hard drive for more programs, games etc.

At the moment, my C drive (the ssd) is on 90% usage or above all the time, even when everything is closed, could that be the issue?

Ten minutes after that my C drive stays around 0-10% usage while I'm not doing anything on the computer???

What's going on...

Any processes running high in Task Manager? You may also look in resource manager.

It might help.
Leave it run about 2 or 3 hours in the background & when it is done reboot.

I did the scan from the bat file and it said there was nothing wrong and my computer still freezes. When it freezes the disk usage goes to 0% but when its not frozen its 90% or above all the time. Whats going on here? is the ssd broken or is it something to do with windows?

Same here. Some people are extremely against any cleaner but I have had great success with CCleaner. Has fixed problems for me also.

EDIT: I get paranoid about even mentioning it for all the bashing that will ensue. :)
