Solved WMP12 cannot setup it loops to welcome screen

Hi,

When I am trying to play a media file (or just open WMP12) it goes to the welcome screen.
No matter what I choose after It cannot finish the setup process and always comes back to the welcome screen.

I've tried to remove, clean & compact the registry and install it back using programs and features.
I've also tried to download and install it standalone from here Download Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows 8.1 from Official Microsoft Download Center but it says that the update is not applicable with my computer.

Any suggestions ???
