Using refresh files in 8.1

How do you refresh files in 8.1 , If you got the upgrade over the net?

You don't. You will need to reinstall Windows 8.0 then upgrade to 8.1 again unless you can get a 8.1 ISO.

Where do I find that?

That's the million dollar question. Search Google for a Windows 8.1 download that matches what you have. Once downloaded, make sure the MD5/SHA check sums match a known good iso.

There is no known legal download site for Windows 8 or 8.1.

If you are using CoreSingleLanguage, that is harder to find. It is different from Core.

I do have 8.0 disk with it's own key.

Give it a try then, see what happens.
