Every time I log in to W8.1 I get an error message about can't find C:\users\user\appdata\pokki\engine\launcher.dll.
Hope I have the path correct doing it from memory.
I answer OK, the popup disappears and I am unable to notice anything detrimental. I had "Classic Shell" in for awhile and removed it. Could this be a left over file? What are my choices to fix?

download autoruns from here. Autoruns for Windows

You can run it as administrator and delete the key that is trying to start this program. You will recognise the path.

Somewhere (could be registy could be task scheduler) is trying to start a program that doesn't exist.

It was in a folder named "pokki" a part of Classic Shell I think. there were 4 more files that were yellow. Should I un-check those too?
