im liking windows 8 except for one thing. when i had windows 7 i was able to connect my cell phone to my computer. i cant do this in windows 8. is there a way to maybe update my usb settings to connect my phone? or am i not going to be able to fix this?

im trying to access ap fastboot mode on my droid razr. it connects to my computer to charge and transfer files, but not when i enter this certain mode on my phone. i as well as others in a forum i visit on a regular basis are trying to figure this out....i just wish i could go back to windows 7 but i dont have the recovery disc and cant download it
