    Windows explorer crash


    I am not able to understand whenever i do a fresh installation of windows 8.1 after some time explorer.exe stars crashing with some time faulting module path c:\windows\system32\devrtl.dll or unknown which i check through event viewer.
    And also i run sfc\scan and do not find any violation or error.
    So plz help me i also upload my dump file to the following link:
