Live Tiles Not updating

I am running 8.1 on a desktop and Yesterday the live tiles were working but today not one live tiles is updating. I have not made one change to my computer , not a thing

Ok when i first did that it seemed to work, but now it is happening again to some apps, bing weather for example just won't update. I open the app then the live tile updates but when i close the app it stops updating,i tried removing and then reinstalling, that did nothing

If you haven't already, see if syncing the licenses again may help.
