Getting 0xc0000225 error when entering Recovery mode-Win81

    Hello,
I think I am having a typical problem that was discussed here many times. When I enter recorevy mode, I get 0xc0000225 with no other comments. I have read everything that I have found on the internets. So far nothing works so I am in desperation. My PC Lenovo x240, SSD.
Tried bootrec with all switches, bcdboot, edited bcd with bcdedit. nothing helped so far. Initially recovery disk didnt have any letters assigned. I thought during my repair that this moment may complicate the things, so I assigned drive D to be recovery disk.
Can please experts take a look at my problem? Attaching are Disk Management screenshot and bcdedit-enum-all log. Thank you a lot.
    Best regards,
    Pavel.

Can you open the Admin command prompt and type: reagentc /info and post the result.

    1) Partition 1 should not have a drive letter.

    2) The Recovery/boot partition is the partition after C: partition, as OS has been upgrade to Windows 8.1.

    3) The 128mb GPT/MSR partition has been DELETED.

Yes, you are right. I had upgraded win 8.1 from 8.0 some time ago..Recetnly I tried to install diskcryptor, but it made system unbootable. So I recovered it from the bankup image.

    Try doing a Auto Repair.

From the Windows 8.1 Repair CD/USB:
How to do a Auto Repair:
Automatic Repair - Run in Windows 8
Note: You may need to do startup repair 3 to 4 times.
Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times - Windows 7 Help Forums

Also try recovering the deleted GPT/MSR partition.

    Hello,

Tried to do the following things:

    1. Unassigned D: letter so that WinRE drive doesnt have any now.
    2. Run MiniTool Partition recovery tool. On full scan it didnt find this 128mb partition, but found a bunch of empty 3mb partitions dated by 2005 which is strange. My pc is new. So I didnt recover them by this utility.
    2. Run Recovery 5 times from Win8.1 DVD.

It resulted in no effect. Pressing F11 on boot leads to 0xc0000225 error.

    Thanks

Sorry for getting back late. I was waiting for you to try what Theog suggested. Please open the Admin command prompt:
    1. Diskpart
    2. select disk 0
    3. list partition
    4. exit
    5. Then post the result.
