No, I didnt. I have never had disk D: when before the crash. After this crash, I never saw the data on partition 7, since I never saw it not "unallocated".

Eventually you will need to set the Recovery Partitions back to the Recovery Designations, which means setting the Type ID and attributes correctly.

You will then need to try the reagentc configuration again. There may be an alternative to setting a drive letter on a partition, you may be able to use the full description as a path, such as:

    reagentc /setreimage /path \\?\GLOBALROOT\device\harddisk0\partition1\Recovery\WindowsRE

Using the correct partition number, of course, which should be shown in the Diskpart partition listing.

You never really answered, did your system originally have the second 1000 MB partition? It if did, that would definitely effect the OEM recovery options.

Also, when you get ready, it would be useful to have a listing of the BCD store:

    bcdedit /enum all > %userprofile%\Desktop\bcdinfo.txt

    and attach.

If you can't get the reagentc commands to work, you may be able to edit the BCD store directly.

The big question is HOW & WHY delete the MSR & the last partition?

This I dont know. I installed diskcryptor, which was supposed to work well with win 8 and GPT, but didnt. Then recovered everything from my backup. Tried to fix it myself by following ideas from forums. Never deleted anything manually.

I dont know. I had only one disk C: .. didnt pay enough attention to disk structure before the crash unfortunately.

should I move to the next steps?
    1. marking partitions as recovery
    2. running reagentc
