How to Re-intall IE8 For Windows 7

Some of my history on IE8 is not saving! I'm hoping if I re-install IE8 it might fix the problem. Will it?

I do not use IE9 anymore because it just doesn't work very good.

I supect you're in the wrong forum - this one is for Windows 8.

Having said that, it sounds to me as if your problems are likely to be malware-based - I suggest you deal with that before doing anything else.

Perform a Reset by going to Internet Options, Advanced and click Reset.
