I can get it back to maximized but cannot get reduced image to show. It just vanished off to the left of my desktop. Anybody know how to get a reduced image back once it does this?

Thanks in advanced.

Spike

PS, I've searched for an answer and while there may be one on this site, I was unable to find it.

Well, I left clicked (and held) the top bar and drug it left. The window resized and I know not why. After that it behaved normally. Cyber gremlins, I guess.

Problem solved.

When you restore (un-maximize it) don't click on anything else, but press alt-space on the keyboard. You should see a menu. Use your arrow keys and click Move, then press one of the arrow keys and the window should now be slaved to your mouse.

Another possibility is that the window has been shrunk to 0x0 pixels, in which case you want to try and do the same thing but choose resize, and then use the arrow keys to resize the window until it's visible.

Hi Mystere,

I tried what you suggested and couldn't get it to work. In a prior post, I mentioned that I got it fixed by just messing around. So I'm good. Thanks anyway for trying to help me. I appreciate it.
