I haven't put this under driver, nor hardware section, because I just don't know what's wrong. I'm really losing my mind over this. Like, really losing my mind! I hope someone will be able to help me.
I have a new computer, everything was tested so there are no compatibility issues... or at least, there shouldn't be. So, here's the thing: I have original windows 8.1 installation, everything works perfectly. Except, when I do some GPU stuff, like watching VLC or playing games.
EACH and EVERY TIME I open VLC, I get an error, however, I don't notice anything, since VLC player doesn't shut down or freezes or anything. It works just OK, but when I check event log, here's the thing:
The exactly same thing happens when I try to play e.g. Max Payne 3. However, when I play MP3, the following happens:

The exactly same thing happens when I try to play e.g. Max Payne 3. However, when I play MP3, the following happens:
- I can play Max Payne 3 for 10 minutes or up to 3 hours, when suddenly (and randomly) the image freezes
- The game itself DOESN'T freeze; I hear background noise and I can press escape and hear the sound etc., but the image is still, frozen
- I can actually quit the game (I click by memory) and it shuts down "gracefully".

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device SWD\SensorsAndLocationEnum\LPSensorSWDevice.
Here's what I've done:
- installed the latest drivers for GPU (still same errors)
- installed 1 year old drivers for GPU (still same errors)
- ran chkdsk with no errors
- stress-tested GPU, no errors
- reinstalled windows 8.1
- reinstalled the game and vlc
- checked gpu stats, no overheating, everything in normal range
