MMLoadDrv.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Several minutes after turning the compupter on, I get a pop-up window with the following:
Code: 
MMLoadDrv: MMLoadDrv.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point _crtCreateSymbolicLinkW could not be
located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files(x86)\SupTab\MSVCP110.dll

I'm using Windows 8.1 on an HP laptop.
How do I fix this?
