Windows 8 wont start with error : 0xc000021a

I own Dell laptop (windows 8 pro with media centre -- GENUNE , NO PIRATING,nothing cracked) which is hardly 3 years old.. it juat worked fine till yesterday evening.. i was playing saints row 4 and after closing that game noticed that the battery is about to get low to 10 %.. i just kept it in sleep mode to charge it later as the current was not there in home.. when i juat make it resume u juat got a blue screen saying "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart.We're collecting some info,and then we'll restart for u(100 % complete)" and iam stuck here with no change in screen in the meantime the area of the processor fan gets heated to such an extenct that we cant even able to touch it...

Bro, thanks for help.. but my laptop is stuck at that blue error screen and nothing is working keyboard is locked and no other options to see it is just stuck at that screen for hours..
