Missing api-ms-win-obsolete-kernelbase-l1-1-0.dll (Windows 8)

It won't let me log in, or off (this problem occured while i was logged in) i was patching dll files and apparently i deleted this one, would someone be kind enough to upload their copy, i would be very grateful.

still need help...anybody got this file?

You can get it out of the installation iso - use 7-zip - look for install.wim in the sources directory

Nah i already tried earlier its not there for some reason.
