    Mysterious Universal Media Server

A mysterious Universal Meadia Server folder in File Explorer. This folder has endless sub-folders called root. Any ideas what this is all about?

Check "add remove programs" and see if its listed. Sounds like you got hit by a drive by install.

Should of said windows 8.1 installed yesterday.

Re-booted and the folder has disappeared

EDIT: Whilst the folder has disappeared, in devices UMP appears with the IP address of my wife's PC. I'll investigate tomorrow and report back.
