Where did you get the Windows 8 DVD? Have you used it before (is it the one you initially installed with)?

Sounds like you are getting a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death). Either the DVD is bad or you have a hardware problem with the computer. Hardware sounds more likely so try removing 1/2 of the installed RAM and see if you can boot the DVD. If same, swap RAM and try again. If in either case the DVD then boots okay that means the removed RAM is bad and needs to be replaced.

Not gonna lie I installed with a pirated copy one year ago.I since then have most the disc.

I tried a new disc and this is what happens. I don't know if its a RAM issue because there were no problems until tonight.

Sorry but if you are using a pirated copy (thank you for being honest) then no one can help you here. It's strictly against the forum rules.

    4) No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all.

If your system is now legal, my apologies and we can continue to work on your problem.

No it's legal now. I used one for my initial install a year ago and since bought a retail 64 bit copy.

    Ah, excellent.

So have you ever used the Win 8 DVD you are trying to use now? If not, do you have a Retail copy with a Retail key? If so, you could try this tutorial by Brink to download a Windows 8/8.1 ISO: Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 ISO - Download or Create

Unless you can borrow a DVD from someone I don't know what we can do to resolve this.

Can you try booting the DVD on another computer to see if it works there? If it does then the problem is your computer. If not then you definitely need to get another good DVD to use.
