I have searched the internet for solutions and I already tried chkdsk. It finished but after the process I checked and windows tells me that there are still errors. Just want to know if there is any solution to this kind of problem.

Yes. It's huge! Too big for my phone, so we'll have to wait till I get to my tower. It may be awhile. Someone else may come along. Hang in there.

In the mean time, please post or fill out your HD info in your system specs. How old is it? It could be the faulty HD. You may want to go to the manufacturer's website for a scanning tool to check it.
