Check to see if you have filter keys on

Hold down the RIGHT shift key for like 10 seconds or so and it should turn off filter keys

Ive tried and checked that filter keys was off. if it helps when my keyboard stopped working in a game it spammed f12
UPDATE: Now when i attempt to login some keys are messed up. For example when i press backspace it registers as enter. I have tried the keyboard on another computer and it works.

It has to be some sort of key lock of some kind.

Can you show us an image of what your filter key/sticky key page looks like?

Are you using a utility to map keys to a special function for gaming etc?

I'd disable it or turn it off just to confirm its not causing the issue, or making it worse.

Does your PC is Touchscreen? If it is, use the OSK (On-Screen Keyboard).
