How to change names of the folders in navigation pane in Windows 8.1 x64 under This PC category? I want to change the names which are shown in File Explorer, not actually change locations.

I recently localized my Windows, but some folder names left unchanged. I want to change them manually, but not actually change folder locations on hard disk. Just to change how they are shown in File Explorer. I attach images which will explain my words.

This shows folders whose names I want to change:

Screenshots below shows what I mean by saying ‘not actually change folder locations on hard disk’.

It isn‘t the same for me. In all accounts of my Windows Navigation Pane leads to the same folders (user accounts don‘t have seperate folders), only Desktop folder is different for each user. Documents folder is on D disk and other ones but Desktop folder are in D:\Documents\.

Well, though I didn‘t find a way to rename those folders manually, I recreated them and reseted their locations (right-clicked folders in navigation pane, clicked ‘Properties’ and chose ‘Location’ tab). After doing this, my localized version of Windows changed the names of those folders.
